Meet The Dog Dasher

Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and caring for dogs has always been one of my greatest passions. Long before The Dog Dasher officially began, I was the person family and friends trusted to help care for their pets while they were working, traveling, or away from home. When I was just an elementary school girl, I was absolutely determined that one day I was going to own a “hotel for dogs.” I never could have imagined then exactly what that dream would grow into, but getting to look at The Dog Dasher today and realize that little girl’s dream came true in its own special way is such a blessing to me.

In February 2023, I took that lifelong love for animals and officially began working as a full-time professional pet care provider. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of caring for so many wonderful pets and families throughout Campbell County and the surrounding area. What started with helping family and friends has grown into a small, personalized pet care business offering in-home Boarding and Daycare, Drop-In Visits, Dog Walking, and Pet Transportation.

My husband, Aaron, and I have been married since July 2022, and our own pets are a huge part of our family. We’re also currently preparing to welcome our baby girl in January 2027! As The Dog Dasher has grown and our family enters this new chapter, I remain committed to keeping my services intentionally small-scale so each pet in my care receives the attention, safety, and individualized care they deserve.

I’m incredibly grateful for every family who has trusted me with their fur babies over the years. Getting to build relationships with both my clients and their pets is one of my favorite parts of what I do. I truly don’t see this as just a job. I feel incredibly blessed that something I dreamed about as a little girl became something I get to wake up and do every day. I hope I get the chance to meet you and your fur babies too!
